Terms and Conditions
By booking services with Mountain Peak Clean, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

All invoices are due upon receipt. Payments may be made by email money transfer, credit card (through the link in your invoice), cash, or cheque.
An initial clean cost applies to first-time recurring cleans. This reflects the extra time, materials, and products required. Some areas or items fall under a heavy clean and will be charged accordingly.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home changes after the initial walkthrough. This includes, but is not limited to: additional pets, more people living in the home, extended time between cleans, renovations, or increased décor and furniture.
Any additional cleaning tasks beyond the original quote will incur extra charges. Examples include ovens, fridges, bookshelves, or additional rooms.
If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
If the next scheduled clean is more than four weeks after a cancelled appointment, the cleaning rate may be adjusted to reflect the extra work required.
Clients who wish to pause scheduled cleanings for an extended period (missing more than two consecutive cleans) may hold their preferred time slot with a $50 monthly fee.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours at 403-393-8922. We will make every effort to correct the issue by returning to your residence and finishing up any thing that was missed. Requests made after 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
We maintain a minimum cleaning standard for every room and every item to ensure the highest quality service. Performing below this standard would compromise the value and integrity of Mountain Peak Clean.
Our services do not include:
Bodily fluids or feces (human or animal)
Litter boxes, infestations, or drug paraphernalia
Mold, fire or flood restoration, or heavy tobacco odours
Dishes, bulk garbage removal, fireplaces, carpets, upholstery, windows, or laundry
Shelves or displays with numerous items may be classified as a specialty project and are not included in standard maintenance cleans.
We do not blind dust or vacuum. If we cannot see the area, we cannot clean it.
We cannot clean beyond what can be reached with a three-foot ladder and a six-foot extension tool.
We provide limited furniture moving services. Care is taken to prevent damage to flooring and furniture. Large appliances or heavy furniture cannot be moved, as we do not carry the tools or equipment required.
Contractors are responsible for disposing of all bulk construction materials and debris before we arrive.
A post-renovation clean must be completed before Mountain Peak Clean begins. This includes vacuuming, dusting, removal of paint, glue, caulking, grout residue, and protective coverings.
Personal belongings must be removed from rental properties before our team arrives. We do not handle the removal of tenants’ items.
To provide the best value, please:
Supply toilet bowl brushes and garbage bags for replacements
Complete basic decluttering of countertops, boot rooms, and sinks so we can focus on detailed cleaning
Laundry for Airbnb properties is contracted out or handled off-site. During a clean, we can usually accommodate one load of laundry. If multiple loads are required, additional laundry will be billed separately.
First-time Airbnb cleans include an initial cleaning fee due to the extra time, products, and heavy cleaning required.
Requests beyond the services outlined in the initial quote will incur additional charges, based on our ability to accommodate them.
We prioritize safety. If a worksite is deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to decline service.
We may take photos for:
Insurance purposes
Reference for future cleans
Educational training
Social media (with discretion)
It is the client’s responsibility to read and remain informed of these Terms and Conditions. If any part is unclear, please seek clarification before services begin.
Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
