We do not currently provide window cleaning. Like carpets, we are researching local providers so that we can confidently recommend the best choice for your home.

Not at all. Many of our clients are not home during their clean. Please let us know how we can access the property so our team can begin. If you are home with pets or children, we recommend keeping them away from cleaning supplies and equipment for safety reasons. Our team will update you as we move through your home and will happily return to any room later if you need to use it.

To help us provide the most thorough residential clean, we ask for a few simple preparations:

• Pick up and put away personal items so we can focus on detailed cleaning.

• Provide access to your toilet bowl brushes. We will clean and inspect your vacuum after use.

• Let us know where your garbage bags are stored so we can replace them as needed.

Our pricing is tailored to each home and each type of clean. We do not work on an hourly basis. Instead, we schedule a free walkthrough and provide a detailed estimate based on your specific needs. Whether you choose a recurring maintenance service, a heavy deep clean, or a move in and move out clean, you will know exactly what to expect.

Invoices are due upon receipt. We accept e-transfer, credit card (through your invoice), cash, or cheque.

Yes. First-time recurring cleans take more time and product, so there is an initial clean cost added to your first service.

We use a combination of professional and trusted household products to provide a safe and effective clean. These include:

• Eco-friendly and biodegradable products where possible

• Trusted brands such as Dawn, Bar Keepers Friend, and Mr. Clean

• Specialty cleaners for stainless steel, glass, and fixtures

Yes. Mountain Peak Clean proudly provides premium housekeeping services across the Crowsnest Pass community. From weekly maintenance cleans to detailed relocation services, we are committed to making your home fresh, calm, and cared for.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

We may move small items and light furniture to clean thoroughly. Large furniture and appliances cannot be moved for safety reasons.
