Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions apply to all clients and all cleans.

Please take a minute to read and understand them.

Payment and Pricing

All invoices are due at the time of the scheduled services.

Email money transfer is the preferred method of payment, however paying with a credit card is easy. Just follow the prompts from the invoice sent to you via text or email. Cash/ Check is also accepted.

We charge by the hour. Dollar amount per person per hour.

Travel Fee

There is a small travel fee for any cleans outside of the Municipality of Crowsnest Pass. This is $0.40/ Km.

Cancellations

Life happens, and cancellations occur. No problem, just notify us as soon as you can so we can reschedule you/ schedule someone else in that space. We will do the same on our end. Reoccurring cleans will not be refunded if the cancellation is on the clients end.

Satisfaction

We aim to please. If for any reason, at any time you are not 100% completely satisfied, please call us immediately (within 24 hours of finished clean) at 403 393 8922 and we will do everything in our power to resolve your concerns or refund your cleaning fee.

What We Don't Clean

We do not clean bodily fluids, feces (animal or human), litter boxes, animal/insect infestation, drug paraphernalia, mold/ fire/ flood restoration, heavy tobacco smells.

Safe Work Site

We retain the right for safe work and can refuse a job based on unsafe worksite.

Moving Furniture

We move furniture within reason. It is very easy to scratch the flooring when moving heavy items. We do not have the tools/ equipment to move large appliances/ furniture.

Renovations/ Construction

If you have been renovating or contracting out work within the space you want us to clean, all of the bulk construction items need to be cleaned and disposed of prior to our scheduled service. This is to make sure it is a safe worksite and YOU are not paying us to do the majority clean up from the contractors. It is their responsibility to dispose of any extra building materials/ tools.

Rentals

All personal items must be disposed of prior to us cleaning a rental property. All of the moving needs to be done before we can safely start cleaning, we do not haul tenants personal items away.
